Is equipment provided?
The Barnyard’s sound equipment is required to be used and is included in package pricing. Other equipment, such as lighting, can be rented out on an as-needed basis.
What is the pricing?
The pricing for each event varies. Please contact us to decide the cost of your event.
Do I need to hire outside staff?
The Barnyard will provide staffing for the events which includes concessions, security, and equipment operators.
How can I promote my event?
The Barnyard is not responsible for promoting your events. Should you require promotion efforts, please let us know and we will work out a package that includes advertising. Should you request to use our ticketing software for your event, you will receive the ticket sales and The Barnyard will receive the ticket fee sales.
Can I sell alcohol at my event?
Yes, but all liquor sales on the property must be done through The Barnyard.
