What started as a search for the perfect home and acreage for Mark and Kathy Smith to enjoy with their adventurous twins, Cameron and Katelyn (22), turned into 172 acres in Sharpsburg, Kentucky with unlimited potential. 

 

With partners Jeff and Christy Vice and John and Donnetta Dotson, the team is bringing high-quality entertainment acts to the stage for guests from Sharpsburg’s backyard and beyond. Guests can enjoy country, rock, bluegrass, and Christian performances, as well as comedy acts, clogging competitions and much more in the open-air amphitheatre setting.

 

The possibilities for The Barnyard Entertainment Venue are endless, and the team is dreaming up even more ways to bring the fun to Sharpsburg. Family-friendly events, hands-on learning opportunities for local students, a podcast and a studio for artists to create and record music while at the farm are just the beginning of the ideas coming to fruition soon.
